Why we're building this
The brokerage rail wasn't designed for the people who most need it. Account opening is gated by geography, tax-treaty paperwork, minimum balances, and entity issues that have nothing to do with the customer's creditworthiness. If you live in Argentina, Lagos, Istanbul, or Karachi and want exposure to US equities as a hedge against your local currency, the existing rail mostly tells you no. If you live in New York and want to borrow against your AAPL position at 2am, it tells you to wait until Tuesday morning.
Tokenized public assets change the access pattern. Custody is at a regulated broker. The interface is a wallet. Geography stops mattering. Hours stop mattering. The asset becomes composable with every other piece of on-chain infrastructure that already exists.
